PAYMENT

The payment will be processed by Paypal & Paytab that totally secure and save.


SHIPPING

All orders are shipped by express DHL delivery company from Dubai.


Orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped the following business day. Please allow 24 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number confirmation of order shipment.


 DELIVERY 

Within UAE will take at least 2-3 working days upon DHL collection 

Outside UAE will take at least 5-7 working days upon DHL collection subject to (country destination) customes approval 


WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

All products sold are non-refundable. We are more than happy to CREDIT any unworn swimwear for another size, style or colour within 30 days, after the inspection of goods. This CREDIT CODE has NO EXPIRATION. 

The following applies:

  • Must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Unworn items must be returned in original packaging- with hygiene liner still attached, swim tags and garment bag.

  • We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.

  • We do NOT accept returns on sale or promo code items.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

If you’ve met the above requirements, you may submit a return request through our website Return Center (see below).

RETURNS CENTER

The steps are easy!

  1. Enter your order number and email
  2. Enter product item/s to return
  3. Enter return reason

Continue to follow the prompts, and once completed click Submit Return Request. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the Return Request is sent. A customer service representative will get back to you in 24 hours with an approval email. This email will include the RA number, return address and returns form. Please note our offices operate during the weekdays, so any requests sent over the weekend will be addressed on Monday.Please choose the shipping carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a traceable postal service to return your goods, as we are not liable for the loss of your item being returned. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We attempt to process all returns as soon as they arrive at our HQ. Please wait for an email confirming your credit code details.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY?
